Summary:
Fully renovated studio rooms, located on ground level, including new flooring, paint, and furnishings! You will find a comfortable place to rest after a long day enjoying all Wisconsin Dells has to offer. This conveniently located motel provides access to anywhere in the Dells in 15 minutes or less. The Space:
Each unit is furnished with a queen, memory foam, bed, smart tv (including all streaming apps downloaded), refrigerator, microwave, dishes, paper products, soap essentials, coffee maker (drip coffee maker), first aid kit, and linens. Brand new LVP flooring through out for a sleek, modern feel!
Please note, maid service is not available and only starter supplies of paper products, soap essentials, towels and linens are provided. Pet friendly properties meaning all rooms pet friendly.
Guest Access:
Guests will access the unit on the patio by using a smart lock. Codes will be provided to guests 1 day before their stay. Each unit has a private entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Located directly across Trapper's Turn Golf Course and just up the road from Downtown Dells, this property offers peace and quiet while still being highly accessible to town.
Getting Around:
Numerous taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.
Other Things to Note:
Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for one vehicle per unit. There will be light construction during the week as we update the property. Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our fury friends.
Guest is responsible to bring their own coffee - maker takes traditional coffee grounds and has a built in filter.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

this was the third unit i booked my wife and I was in this one very clean except for a pillow case and under the couch minor stuff lucky my wife bought our pillowcase and wall are thin you can hear every noise making in surrounding units neighbor upstairs party and bumped a lot on the final night of our stay but hey it was vacation probably for everyone lol cant wait to see how Stand Rock grows and keep getting better Nice job Chris

Room itself was clean except a used towel hanging up. The property looked abandoned and about 3 am I think there was a party going on in the upstairs that didn’t appear to be open yet.
