There is a large deck with gas grille and large back yard for wonderul outdoor time with friends and family. Comes with free beach pass to all Barnstable beaches! Short stroll through the village to The Country Store, children’s playground and the famous Four Seas Ice Cream Parlor! Comfortably sleeps 8 and is convenient to great shopping at Mashpee Commons, Osterville village and Hyannis. Great restaurants, golfing and the island ferries are within close distance to this wonderful vacation home! *Please note minimum stay 7 nights during summer season with checkin and check out Saturday to Saturday*

The owner was flexible and helpful from day one as our plans evolved. Always friendly and quick to respond. The very cute home was just as described and had everything we could want or expect. This was our first visit to the Cape and the location was super convenient.

The house was perfectly situated in relation to the beach, and shouts Cape Cod in all the small touches. Tina was an excellent host, particularly when we had a glitch that was well beyond her responsibility. HIGHLY recommend.

This beach rental was perfection! The owner is very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. The amenities and space is well maintained and very easy to be a guest. She’s thought of everything! We will most certainly be back!
