Great spot for a large group. Easy access to beach and can go back and forth with minimal effort. Very responsive managers. Parking spots are tiny and anything larger than a standard sedan will have difficulties getting in and out of spaces. Pool is very small with limited room for more than a few people to congregate around the pool area. Huge kitchen with plenty of seating and fridge space. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the parking and pool but everything else was as expected and we had great time.

Hot tub didn't work the entire stay. Pool was cloudy and obviously wasn't cleaned before our stay.

I didn’t want to write this but here we are.. truths have to be told here.
Booked this house for a work trip to spoil our employees, and it was almost a complete let down.
Not a single hot shower for any of the guests for the entire stay. We left the faucet on for 25 mins in different rooms on separate floors, nothing worked for anyone anywhere. How is that possible with 6 water heaters?!
The beds are the absolute WORST. It legitimately feels like you’re sleeping on corn bags or planks of wood, and the pillows you’re given are like sleeping with two pieces of newspaper under your head. Stacking them together doesn’t even help. Every bed accept for 1 downstairs was in this condition.
Was notified by a gentleman on site, as we were walking up to check into the house that the hot tub was not working - we definitely booked it for that option and would not have booked this house if we knew this was an issue.
Parking is a nightmare - this house is a duplex, and if the other renters in the other unit feels like using your spaces, they will and can block you in easily. Be mindful which spots you choose.
While it’s nice to have an elevator, it takes forever - not a deal breaker but it deserves to be listed. It shouldn’t take 5+ mins to go up to the top floor of a three story house.
The best thing about this house is the location, the kitchen and the amount of rooms it has - otherwise, I would not have rented.
