About this apartment rental
You will find a well maintained holiday home with a combined living / dining room (sitting and dining area for 4-5 people) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / toilet and bath and shower, a large, sheltered terrace near the beach (50 m), which allows you a relaxing and comfortable holiday. A large barbecue is available for shared use. You do not need a car, because all shopping facilities are within walking distance and the center is just a few hundred meters away.

Excellent location less than a minute from the lovely sandy beach. Large balcony with sea view. Only a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants: Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Italian etc. parking outside property. Property was clean and everything you needed was there. We bought sunshade the first day and then found a pile of beach chairs, sunshades etc under the stairs to use. Only slight issue was we could hear people in the next apartment talking, listening to radio, TV etc very clearly. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Really nice apartment ,great way to start day sitting on balcony having breakfast seeing the see ,listening to the water lapping the beach .If you want a beach holiday you can't go past these apartments .Hope to return at some piont

If you are looking for an apartment close to the beach with just a short walk into Guardamar town this is a good choice. The apartment is well furnished, clean and generally well presented. The air conditioning is on a timer that switches on overnight but in the evening before the air conditioning comes on it can be quite hot though it is very pleasant (and cooler) to sit on the balcony.
