In a very idyllic, quiet location in the middle of the fantastic mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the St. Sebastian holiday home is located on the 1st floor of a house consisting of 2 holiday homes and the owner's home on the ground floor. The very modern and cosy apartment is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. From here a staircase leads to an open bedroom with another double bed. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and combines modern comfort with cosy wooden elements from the region. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair. In the communal outdoor area, several terraces invite you to spend relaxing afternoons under the warm South Tyrolean sun. In summer you can prepare delicious meals on the grill and enjoy them with a glass of wine overlooking the mountains. In winter you can reach the ski area Meran 2000 within 36 minutes by car and in summer the golf course, which is 28 minutes away by car, is waiting or your visit. A restaurant is only 260 m away and a supermarket is 17 minutes away by car.

Pros: Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit waren wunderbar. Wir sind zum Motorrad fahren angereist. Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt, hatten wir von dort aus die Besten Möglichkeiten die wunderschönen Pässe und die Umgebung abzufahren. Natürlich ist die Lage auch perfekt für Wandertouren. Anneliese, die Vermieterin hat uns mit ihren Tipps bestens unterstützt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft waren einfach toll!! Die leckeren Produkte, die man vor Ort kaufen konnte, oder der Gemüsegarten, aus dem man sich gerne bedienen durfte, taten alles dazu bei, dass wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt haben. Dankeschön nochmal an Anneliese und ihre Mama für einen tollen Urlaub .

Pros: Super-freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeberin!
Cons: Der Hofhund Lukas ist für Hundeängstliche ein bisschen wild und gewöhnungsbedürftig.... aber er will wirklich nur spielen!

Pros: Anneliese ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und sie war unglaublich bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es gab jeden Morgen Brötchenservice und auch ihre Empfehlungen (Tierpark bzw Streichelzoo, Restauranttip) waren sehr hilfreich. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist wirklich atemberaubend und die Unterkunft war tip top sauber.
Cons: Alles super. 👍👍👍
(Das Wlan war manchmal etwas schwach, aber wer braucht das schon im Urlaub zum entspannen.)

Pros: Sehr nette Vermieterin gibt gute Tipps für Wandertouren etc. Die Wohnung war top sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns super entspannt.
