About this apartment rental
2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Welcome to our cozy condo in the middle of the Rockies, where there is always lots to do! Located in the Canmore Crossing Complex, our "Happy Place" includes two bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa in the main living area. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom/den (no window) includes a queen bed, both with luxurious linens. Both rooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. The bedrooms share a large "jack and jill" bathroom, which includes a bathtub and separate shower. There is also a convenient half-bath off the main living area.
We are family friendly, and offer a Harmony "Play and Go" portable crib/playpen, and a booster seat which can be attached to a dining chair for the little ones. Our games, books and dvd's are suitable for kids of all ages.
The kitchen is very well-stocked to meet all your culinary needs, and we will supply the coffee and tea to get your morning started! Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance. Underground heated parking access is available, as well as ski and bike storage. A stone gas fireplace will keep you warm after taking to the slopes in the winter.
Our corner deck includes a barbecue and features incredible views of the Grotto and Lady MacDonald Mountains. Enjoy our large television with a good cable package, excellent WIFI, a DVD player with movies and a good selection of board games for both kids and adults. We are part of a three building condo unit. Two rooftop hot tubs in the adjacent buildings offer spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, and there is an indoor hot tub in our building. There is also an exercise room in each building, and Elevation Place is nearby, which has a swimming pool, climbing gym and full fitness centre. The ROAM Transit bus stop is across the street, to take you around Canmore and nearby Banff if you do not want to drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The location is perfect; a quick 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown with a grocery store in the same parking lot.The furniture in the living room is all leather & comfy; the beds were very comfortable & the rooftop hot tub is such a nice treat. The under ground parking was convenient as well. Rob & Cindy also went the extra steps to provide a binder to answer all your condo related questions, how to check out, things to do around the area, etc.10/10 - would stay again !!

Great property by chance I stayed here twice once last year once this year. The location is awesome. The building is clean. The house are very responsive. I would stay here again in a second.My only opportunity would be the hot tub booking. Seems that it’s always booked, but I was able to get the spots that I needed but when I’ve stayed in other units in this building two and it seems to be a challenge that you have to book the hot tub ahead and there’s very little bookings Available. Having known this from other units in this building, I stayed in. I don’t think it’s anything that the owner can actually do anything about. And this time I was able to get something that worked for me.

A home away from home! Comfortable and close to town, everything is in walking distance. We loved staring out the living room every day at the gorgeous view.

This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. It was within walking distance to ski rental shop, grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown shops. We will definitely stay here again!
