The villa is exactly as the pictures show. The views are amazing and it is very private even though there is another villa next door. The property is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The drive up to the villa is very steep so be ready with your clutch control but you soon get used to it. The village is 5 mins away but I would recommend driving as it is a steep road down. Panormo which is a 10 min drive, is well worth a visit as the beach is lovely as is the town. Communication with the villa owners was excellent with immediate responses. Definitely recommend the villa if you want a peaceful and high quality villa with amazing views!

What a lovely villa, so nice and clean and the view wow. We had an issue when we were there but the owners were round to fix the problem immediately and the service received from them was amazing. The only negative is it's quite isolated so you need a car but then the benefit of that is that it's really quiet and tranquil.

I stayed here with my wife and2daughters and my brothers family of a similar size. The villa was exceptionally well presented and of a really high standard.
We were greeted by the family that own the villa with some home cooked food and a jug of the local Ouzo. The family were really hospitable and keen to help make sure our stay was what we wanted. They had a map prepared and talked us trough where we could go to see the sights.
The Villa is well provisioned with the essentials; towels, coffee, sugar, olive oil (from the families own vineyard), toilet paper, charcoal etc. All the things that end up costing a small fortune on your first supermarket trip.
The local town, Perama, is great for a supermarket run (and look out for the cake shop, it's superb), but it isn't good for much else in terms of a holiday! The local resort, Panormos, had a lovely beach and a good selection of Taverna's. I recommend the Porto Parassiris which is a restaurant and cocktail bar (split in two) with a lovely view. The food there was frsh and the service was excellent.
If you have children, A short 20 minute trip to Bali will bring the benefit of a lovely beach with a large inflatable "it's a knockout" style play area that the kids will love. It was £12 for the whole day and £6 for 2 sunbeds and a parasol.
My final tip is to visit the Kokkinos supermarket on the main road to Panormos (next to the petrol station), they have a fresh meat and cheese counter. From that counter there are a coupe of feta cheeses you can buy that are made in the town and some excellent Greek yogurt.
In short, I can't recommend this villa enough, it was exceptional! *****
