Enjoy a luxury alpine adventure with family and friends this season at this
3,500 square-foot five-bedroom, five-bathroom lavish mountain residence. With
an excellent location just steps from the Arrow Bahn chairlift, this home
offers sleeping space for up to ten guests, elegant living areas and tasteful
furnishings.
The master and second bedrooms have King sized beds. The third bedroom has a
Queen size bed. Bedroom four has two twin beds with shower, while bedroom five
has a bunk bed (twin over full).
Guests can unwind in the attractive main level living area and there is also a
separate living space upstairs that has a multi-sectional couch and a ping
pong table.
A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite counter tops will win the
heart of any home chef. There is a beautiful dining table for up to twelve
people and a bar countertop area for three, accommodating up to fifteen people
comfortably. After a tasty home-cooked meal, guests can step out onto the
private balcony and breathe in some fresh alpine air or curl up inside by the
warm gas fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate. There is a washer and dryer in
the unit and a heated garage parking spot is available for one car - free of
charge.
Arrowhead Village's amenities and facilities include a heated outdoor pool and
hot tub, concierge service, a complimentary shuttle and a seasonal fire pit
for stargazing and gatherings. The on-site Broken Arrow Restaurant serves
delicious American-style meals for breakfast, lunch and apres (winter only).
Other dining options include the Vista Restaurant located in the Country Club
of the Rockies club house specializing in authentic Colorado cuisine .

We had a wonderful stay! The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. The beds were great, the kitchen was well stocked and there is lots of room to spread out. Our family spent a lot of time playing ping pong so that was a nice addition. It's hard to find large homes with all the rooms and bathrooms we need for our family and this one was top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay in Arrowhead. This condo was such an easy fit for our family. There was plenty of space for our group of nine. Amenities were great and very short walk to the lift. Arrowhead Property Management was also excellent at making sure our needs were met.

Plenty of space in lovely well appointed condo located steps from the bottom of the hill in Arrowhead - key codes for doors and lockers worked well - rental office were super helpful - will definitely repeat!
