About this house rental

This serene, renovated mill in Gedinne offers a peaceful forest escape for up to 8 guests. Ideal for families, it features 4 bedrooms, antique furnishings, central heating, and a cozy living-dining room with a wood stove. A furnished garden with a pond, a terrace, and a barbecue area invites you to unwind in nature. Located just 200 m from the forest and 7 km from Gedinne town center, the area is perfect for hiking and cycling. Visit Lavaux Ste Anne Castle (16 km), Beauraing (8 km), or enjoy cross-country skiing (10 km). Kids have a high chair and children's bed; free Wi-Fi and on-site parking are included. For larger gatherings, you can book the Espace du Meunier: a spacious hall with a fireplace, river views, kitchen, projector, table football, and lift. Ideal for family reunions or business events. Weekend rental incl. tax (utilities and cleaning included; kitchen must be cleaned on departure).

We had a fantastic stay at the renovated mill! The spacious rooms were perfect for our family of eight, and the kids loved playing in the garden, The wood stove in the living room created such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, Highly recommend for families seeking a peaceful getaway!

Dankjewel voor de superaangename woning op een prachtige locatie

Bij aankomst samen met vriendelijke beheerder het huis bekeken, korte uitleg. Mooi huis maar al flinke beschadegingen op muren en meubels vooral vocht. Volgens advertentie belvilla broodjesservice en dvd speler aanwezig, geen dvd speler en bakkerij slechts beperkt open zoals alles in het dorp vooral in begin van de week. Probleem met electra, geen stroom voorkamer en stopcontakt, electrien gekomen en blijkt gat in aansluitmoduul te zijn gebrand, brandlucht in de aansluitkast hoewel instalatie redelijk nieuw was. Tot op dag van vertrek nog niet opgelost. Beheerder wel steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Mooi huis maar teveel tekortkomingen voor redelijk hoge huurprijs en weinig te beleven in de buurt.

Dit is reeds de tweede keer dat we deze woning huren. De woning is zeer rustig gelegen en heeft meer dan het nodige comfort. Alles is proper en bij eventuele vragen zijn de eigenaars ( die wonen aan de andere kant van het domein) steeds ter beschikking.
