Euphoria Retreat Villa - Luxury Stone built villa Nr Fiscardo.
This luxury stone built villa completed it’s construction in 2017. Set in the stunning north of Kefalonia just outside of the cosmopolitan Fiscardo. Located close to the local village and elevated commanding some breathtaking sea-views and some magical sunsets while relaxing by the pool.
The house has been finished to a very high & stylish standard.

Enter through the main door to be greeted with a contemporary designed open plan living area beautifully created with luxury and comfort in mind. The stylish living area incorporates ample seating, flat screen T.V, DVD player & audio system. The stylish modern fully equipped kitchen is set to one side boasting an airy feel with the high beamed ceiling as a focal point. The kitchen has everything that you will need to create culinary delights. It comprises of electric oven & hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster & coffee machine
The interior dining area is completed with a handmade dining table. Subtle lighting enhances the transition from dusk to evening stimulating your senses to relax, reflect and absorb the magic of Kefalonia.
There are 2 king sized double en-suite bedrooms elegantly finished – simple and stylish. The master bedroom is enhanced with a balcony with un-interrupted westerly views over to the Lixouri Peninsular and direct access to the pool area. The twin bedroom is also finished to the same specifications with its own shower room. All bedrooms are completed with fitted wardrobes and include hairdryers.
The tiled outside area is home to some breath-taking sea views boasting a large heated infinity pool giving you the sense of the sparkling Ionian waters just a touch away. Sun loungers are positioned around the pool with an additional 2 relaxation areas, with 1 that is shaded should you require a break from the midday sun. There is also an alfresco dining area.
The villa has a bonus of a garden area with established fruit and vegetables that are cared for by the owners and are available for guest consumption. Fresh and home grown, taste the difference. You will find tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, watermelon, herbs and citrus trees.
The villa is located in Agrillas close to Maganos. From the airport is just under 2 hours drive. Once you arrive you are in walking distance to mini markets and local tavernas. The closest beaches – Alaties & St Jerusalem are just a short drive away. Follow the signs for Fiscardo and you will experience Kefalonia in technicolour. You will also be ideally located to explore some stunning parts of the island such as Assos and Myrtos.
Car rental is required, when confirming reservation of villa the property manager can also obtain car rental quotes at preferential rates from local companies with zero excess insurance.

We had a wonderful week at villa euphoria, such an amazing setting and wonderful views across lush hillsides and out to sea. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa.
Our hosts were incredibly helpful, organising car hire restaurants and places to visit.
The villa is beautifully appointed. Great kitchen facilities and BBQ area and the loveliest views from the infinity pool! All set within a fragrant garden of lavender and fruit trees with a vegetable patch on the lower terrace !
The bedrooms were well appointed, very comfortable beds and lots of soft towels etc.
There are lots of things to see and visit within a short drive and the very local village has a great mini supermarket which actually stocks everything you would need to cook and BBQ too. There are 3 or 4 restaurants so you could eat out all day if you wished and a trip to the very pretty Fiskardo harbour is a must.

We absolutely fell in love with Kefalonia and were so grateful to everyone involved in making our stay so perfect. Mark was excellent from the very first communication - he helped sort our hire car, gave great local tips and recommendations and was available to answer any questions at any point. Graham, Anna and Chrissy were also great throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful and tucked away down a quiet lane so very peaceful with stunning views. It was exactly as shown in the photos, was spotless and the welcome pack was a nice surprise. We stayed as a family of 6 and it was more than comfortable for us. The location was perfect for local mini market and restaurants and really close to some beautiful coves for swimming but you would need a car. Overall I can’t say enough good things about the whole visit so thanks again for everyone involved.

What an amazing place, both Kefalonia and this villa.
From the moment we booked, Mark was on hand with helpful information and quick responses to emails. He helped arrange car hire and we were met at the airport. Once at the villa, we were left to enjoy the serenity of the pool with gorgeous view. Would happily recommend to anyone and we hope to return.

From the moment we landed the experience was seamless and after arriving late at night we awoke to the most beautiful view from the villa. Communication was excellent and if there were any questions they were responded to promptly.
Perfect location near to all the beautiful northern beaches and Fiskardo. The village itself has fantastic eateries and small supermarkets that we could walk to from the villa.
The villa was stylish, well-designed, with lovely large bedrooms with comfy beds and fully equipped with everything we could want.
Loved the pool, table tennis table and terraced garden with fruits and veg to pick. A really special spot.
We especially liked Emblisi beach, 8 mins drive, where we hired paddle boards and loved the small beach at Alati just down the hill which was very special along with the bar/ restaurant where we spent two lovely meals watching the sun set.
We can’t wait to come again as so much more of the island to explore. Thank you!
