About this house rental
The holiday home Casa Lola is located in Stazzema, a hillside village nestled in the green Apuan Alps in Tuscany.
It is located 19Km from the sea at Forte dei Marmi, which can be reached in about half an hour by car, where all amenities - such as supermarkets, shops and anything else - can be found.
The first shops and bars are about 5Km away in the villages further down the valley.
Casa Lola is an ideal place for nature and trekking lovers, as it is surrounded by greenery and walking trails.
The house has no parking and the car must be parked about 150 metres away and reached on foot.
Externally there are two terraces, one immediately at the entrance and one further down with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
A terraced garden is also available. Here it is very cool in summer and you are lulled by the water flowing in the river below.
Accessible only from the outside, there is a complete bathroom with WC and Shower.
Interior:
Ground floor:
- entrance to the living room with dining area and TV.
- kitchen with fireplace, fridge, oven and hob.
First floor:
- single room,
- double room with two single beds,
- bathroom with WC, bidet, washbasin and bathtub.
Second floor:
- double bedroom.
The house offers basic furnishings and service, but sufficient for a pleasant holiday.
