Book for a week or more and get a discount! A traveling nurse's haven, this cozy home is anything but ordinary. European styling with comfort and functionality in mind, this adorably small home will welcome you at the end of a long work day. Vaulted ceilings give you space to breathe, while a full kitchen gives you space to create. Fully furnished with the traveling medical professional in mind, it's only 5 minutes to shopping, 25 minutes to skiing, hiking, and biking in one direction, or food, trains, historic parks, and antique shopping in the other. Roughly 90 minutes to Yosemite National Park, or the city of Modesto. We have some *VERY* friendly deer in the area, please do not let them into the house!

My daughter, my infant grandchild & I stayed here as it was close to my dad's house. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a home base that's not too far off from getting into town, the highway or heading up to the mountains. Our mornings were greeted by turkeys & deer. It had every appliance, utensils & plate ware needed if you wanted to cook here- even a great variety of seasonings . We mostly stayed here not only proximity to my dads, but it was much nicer with the baby & needing to wash bottles as well. The air conditioning worked great, as it was high 90*'s when we were here (late Aug) They had extra blankets for the Winter time. The couch was comfy, there's a small table with small chairs. The beds were very comfy and so was the bedding. I appreciated the variety of pillows (4 of them) from thin to firm. I will say the rooms & bathroom are on the small side, which was fine for us as we each had our own room. Since the beds have 1 side against a wall, if sleeping 2 per room, one will need to scoot to the end of the bed to exit for bathroom. The only problem we had & the owner responded quickly, with the air conditioners running my daughter went to use the Keurig & it blew the fuse. My daughter did locate & flip it, but the owner did reach out within minutes as well. Also just an FYI, I booked on Expedia, but interaction takes place on the VRBO site (which I already had an account) We will definitely stay here again and suggest other family stay too

First the positives. The property was well stocked and clean. The location was not bad either easy to find and not too far away from the shops and stores ect. The downside to this property is they describe amenities such as a pool, and hot tub. This is a trailer park there is nothing like that there. Now it is a lovely, remodeled place and we would stay there again they just need to accurately list the features of the property so that others do not get mislead.

Love the place it was very relaxing definitely will stay again very quiet no noise just perfect. The owner was very lovely. I definitely recommend this place it’s more adorable than staying in a hotel. Very cozy place
