We had a great stay! It was so nice having a full kitchen to be able to cook in and the outside area to sit and enjoy our meals. we attended rockville and the house was a quick drive to the speedway and also any local businesses and restaurants we wanted to visit. Only thing i will say is make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags !

Overall very happy with the home and would rent it again. There are a few things the host may want to sort out in communications. The listing noted that we needed to bring our own bedding, so we did. Then there was bedding there. It would have also been nice to know that normal items that are ususally included in a rental are not. Items such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Luckily I had read other reviews about the paper products and we had plenty of grocery sacks to make it work. Other than that the house is absolutely wonderful and comfortable place to stay.

Air condition was effective, pool was a good thing to have extra access too, beach only a five minute drive down the road.

The house is beautiful and very accommodating, the location was easy to get around town, it was close to everything. The only complaint is the house hasn't been cleaned before we arrived and the pool was closed for the whole stay which was very disappointing for the kids.. The host John was very responsive in a timely manner
