About this apartment rental
Well furnished, newly painted two bedroom condo with balcony, near Lake Forest Yacht Club. Excellent choice for business or pleasure. Short term and longer term stays are available. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Nicely decorated and each bedroom has its own bath. Queen bed in master bedroom, and standard size bed in second bedroom. Comfortable living room has a sofa, a loveseat and a recliner. Unit has washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen, roku TV and wireless high speed internet.
Pets: One or two dogs accepted with a $25 pet fee per night. No cats permitted. When registering, click on the “Travelers” box, then select “pets” “yes”(and also confirm the number of adults and children). Please send a note to owners while booking to give breed, size and age of dogs, as we reserve the right to approve pets and maintain the quality of the home. Pets must be confined in a crate at times when owners are not in the condo with their pets. For longer stays, the maximum monthly pet charge is $200 per month. When booking send an inquiry to us, and we will update your quote to show the $200 Maximum. Vrbo does not provide an auto matic way to limit the pet charge.
The unit is walking distance to Panini Pete's new restaurant "The Waterfront" is next to the newly renovated Daphne City Boat Launch, both located on Yacht Club Drive down the hill on the Bay. Be sure to catch some awesome sunsets. Only two blocks away is the Eastern Shore Trail for biking, jogging, and walking. Also nearby is the Daphne Bay Front Park with boardwalks through the wetlands and a pier, and historic Village Point Park Preserve. Village Point Park is home to the Jackson Oak, which is the oldest living Oak tree in Alabama at 95 feet tall and a 28 foot circumference.

We enjoyed our stay in Daphne. The condo was located in a very nice area. The bed was comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
