Microwave did not work; refrigerator needs to be replaced. Air vents in bedroom appear to have mildew stains.AC needs to be balanced. Top floor very cold and lower floor was moderate.Exterior needs work; rusty screws. Lounge chairs were rusted.Kitchen was well appointed. Two coffee makers is a nice touch. Wine cooler was appreciated.Views were great. A good investment would be an ice maker. Also suggest adding fans to bedrooms.
