Private Wood-Clad Villa Surrounded by Trees, Steps from the Sea!

Everyone was nice and helpful, especially with the airport transfers. The location is good. Easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Having a washing machine is super convenient. (You do have to hang things to dry outside, so they might get a little dusty from that.) The kitchen is alright, but the counter has some sort of tiny bug problem. My only other complaint is that the water pump is loud if you’re staying in the main bedroom, so we had to turn it off at night to sleep.

Everything OK on the basis that this is a budget villa. Could do with some TLC. Local host Chadien very helpful. Location good as only 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. Neighbourhood not great as quite noisy neighbours and plenty of barking dogs clearly not something the host can control.

Very quiet, calm and comfortable with walking distance to beach and nice restaurants

I've been coming there for years. For me it's got everything i'm looking for. I go there with my kids. It's the right size, not to big so you can still supervise but big enough that everybody can be doing their thing without disturbing each other. The privacy factor is a big plus. You can have breakfast in the garden, park your car , play music without disturbing neighbours and so on. If you like cooking you definitely can because everything is there. But if you don't, there are lots of restaurants near by. I can do my early morning run or walk on the beach, do an excursion and because it's so close to the beach we can still spend some time there when we return in the late afternoon . if you just want a beach day then the outside shower is also convenient. The sice is easy to keep clean,but if you don't wanna do it yourself Chadien can also provide someone for that. He can also pick you up at the airport after a tiring flight,get you a car , fix excursions, any problem that might be, he wil solve it as quickly as possible. The owner Rishi is also very friendly. I've booked late so i couldn't stay the whole month and he really went out of his way to find me a solution. If you're looking for 5 star luxury then there are more then enough alternatives in Mauritius(and matching prices!). But if you're looking for something with a sharp price,with everything there that needs to be, a perfect location and most importantly warm , friendly people who really care about you having a good vacation, then this is the place.
