Cozy two bedroom home located in a small townhouse community within walking distance to the quaint Village of Tannersville in the Catskill Mountains - Short walk to a playground and public lake. JUST 5 MINS AWAY FROM HUNTER MOUNTAIN - 2hrs from NYC!
~~The Space~~
This 2 bedroom home in Trailhead Village townhouse community comfortably accommodates 6 people. Bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom in the center hallway. First bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The kitchen comes well equipped for entertaining with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, and most importantly a dishwasher. Outside you can relax and enjoy firing up the gas grill on the deck. Full sized washer and dryer are located in the half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. There is wireless internet through out the home, DVD player, spare HDMI cable, and Roku TVs. Sorry, no cable - but there are plenty of books too!!
Summer Months: There is no A/C. General rule of thumb for keeping the home cool – Open windows at night, and keep all shut after 9am to trap in the cool air. There are fans available in every room as well.

Lockbox key access will be given after booking is confirmed. There is a large communal lawn, which you can access behind swing gate off the deck.

Conveniently located near the tri-state metropolitan area. Village of Tannersville is home to some of the best bars, restaurants & shops in the area. You can also enjoy going to the Orpheum Performing Arts Center, movie theater, massage therapy & yoga classes. All year round you are surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas! In the winter, you are a short distance away from world class skiing - Choose from Hunter, Windham and Belleayre ski slopes. In spring, summer and fall there is so much to do - fishing, biking, hiking, golfing & much more. Also, make sure to come check out the various festivals in the Catskill Mountains!

Please note that the community does not have a dumpster. Guests are responsible for disposing of their garbage and recycling at the county transfer station nearby, or take home.

- Dogs are allowed, please inquire for specific rules.
- Guests are asked to respect the property, and tidy up a bit before
departure - Clean dishes, dispose of garbage & turn lights off.

Super cozy accommodation with everything you might need to hangout and cook at home. Otherwise, a great location close to fun towns and delicious restaurants while being in beautiful country.

Myself and two friends stayed here for a last minute ski trip to Hunter Mountain this past weekend and this place was lovely! Beds were all comfortable, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped (no electric drip coffee maker but a french press and a manual one so it wasn't an issue!). The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Would absolutely book again next time we are in the area.
