With ten bedrooms spread across this beach retreat, this home is a Frangista Beach dream with a private pool, multiple porch levels where everyone can congregate, and a variety of spaces made for games or group activities. The indoors boast a first and fourth floor game room, a dining table for 16, and a 5th story observation deck where you can watch the sun go down. But with the humid temps in Florida, you’ll likely be spending most of your time outdoors in the pool. There’s also a hot tub attached to the pool, and we see no reason why you shouldn’t pamper yourself with both on your vacation to relax and unwind.

Some of the amenities were lacking, had seen better days, or not working. The floors were not very clean. However, the property manager was very responsive and remedied most of our concerns. Very close to the beach. House had plenty of room. It truly sleeps 30. The house is immense.

We had 10 adults and 11 kids, and this home handled our group perfectly. Everyone loved the property — spacious, very clean, and exactly as advertised. The golf cart was a huge bonus, and beach access was an easy 5-minute walk. The rooftop views were great, and the pool/outdoor areas made it ideal for both kids and adults to relax and hang out.Communication with property management was quick and helpful throughout. All the adults agreed — this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely book again.

Pool area is amazing, kitchen well stocked, and the entire house is well represented in the photos. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.
