First, the hosts were great to work with, wonderful people. Second, the house was great with fantastic views, especially as the sun sets and casts shadows over the mountains. Third, the house was well stocked. Everything you might need (or forget) is there, even games and activities for the kids. Lastly, it has a nice one car garage, just note that the driveway is a bit steep.Also with being such a short drive to downtown Black Mountain, I would definitely stay again.

Modern Mountain is a beautiful home with a 2 min drive to Black Mountain. The house is the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in and the owners have an app filled with helpful information and recommendations. We loved the fire pit and back patio. Highly recommend.

Property was great for our family of 6. The host have thought of everything. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the smores, HotTub, firepit and coffee bar. Plenty of space for us all to have a great spot to sleep. Thank you.
