About this house rental

This property is a three level home , ideally located at the top of Burgess Creek Road and within walking distance to Thunderhead Lift. This home offers the amenities you are searching for on your next trip to Steamboat. The lower level entrance features a tiled floor with benches for boot removal and boot dryers installed for your convenience. A stone fireplace, sectional sofa for viewing the 65 inch tv, built in bunks sleeping 4, game room with pool table, bath and laundry are on this level. On the main floor the kitchen includes a 6-burner Wolf range, double ovens, 2 dishwashers and stainless refrigerator. A large island with seating for 4 and coffee bar area with beverage cooler complete the space. Open concept design and large windows enable you to enjoy the stunning view from the dining area with seating for 12. The game table in the living area provides seating for 4 more. A gas fireplace in this living area creates a cozy, warm atmosphere to relax after a day on the mountain. A half bath, washer/dryer and master suite with king bed are also on this level. The third floor includes four additional bedrooms and bathrooms. A secondary master with king bed, has access to the walk out balcony and private bath. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and attached baths. The fourth bedroom is close to the hall bathroom featuring a tub/shower and large vanity. Two addition bedrooms with queen beds, a shared bath and coffee bar area are located above the garage. Premium towels and bedding are provided for your use, and are professionally laundered prior to your arrival.
A seven person hot tub is located between the house and garage unit. A heated walkway provides all weather access to the hot tub and garage suite. The parking area is also heated and provides parking for 6 vehicles. The lower level of the garage is accessible for ski storage and parking of 1 additional vehicle.
A deck with valley views and a screened porch offer a quiet place to relax and enjoy the scenery. SPECIAL NOTE: This property does not have air conditioning. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. Box fans are also provided.
This property is not on the public bus route or within walking distance to the base area. We recommend an AWD rental vehicle for your convenience. Taxi and a shuttle service from the airport are available for purchase. Noise ordinances are in effect for the town of Steamboat Springs requiring quiet time after 10 PM We ask our guests to limit noise when using outdoor areas and hot tub. THIS IS NOT A PARTY RENTAL! If you cannot agree to these regulations, please do not rent this property. All regulations will be strictly enforced. Violations will result in removal from the property. Two outdoor cameras are installed to monitor the parking, street, trash pick- up area and the rear property border A noise monitor is located near the hot tub to monitor noise levels. It records decibel levels only, not conversation. A security system on the main house will be disabled during your stay and not operational.

Owner Notes:
We have been vacationing in Steamboat for the past 40 years. As our family expanded, it became more difficult to rent a property for our annual ski trip. Based on our past experience, our main objective during the renovation was to meet the needs of the vacation renter. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities and amenities needed for a large group. Individual living spaces provide separation and flexibility for children and adults. Easy access to Thunderhead lift will enable your group to avoid the crowds at the base area for that first run of the day.
