Enjoy mountain living from this cozy 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo, ideal for couples or small groups of up to four. The spacious great room offers plenty of room to relax, with a sofa, two armchairs, and a brick fireplace that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light and open to a private balcony — perfect for your morning coffee or evening drink. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV and A/C ensure comfort and entertainment year-round.
The full kitchen is equipped with modern black and stainless steel appliances, along with a large island that doubles as dining space for four. When it's time to unwind, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, flatscreen TV, and convenient en suite half bath. A full bathroom across the hall includes a glass-and-tile shower, and the living room sofa converts into an extra bed for additional guests.
Timberline has no elevators, but assistance with luggage is available upon request. Pets are not permitted, and laundry rooms with coin-operated machines are available in two nearby locations. Professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association, you'll be welcomed by the front desk staff at check-in, with bell service available for airport pick-ups and local transportation. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee during ski season and is currently free in summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is open on-site during peak seasons for convenient dining.

Perfect place for us...bonus to have access to free shuttle service. We easily went over to Aspen and back on the shuttle!
Beautiful place...full kitchen...one bedroom...1 1/2 bath. Nice location (need to like steep walking if you want to get around on foot). But again...drive or shuttling is always an option.

This condo was great. very clean, well equipped and everything worked fine. Well located within Timberline property in Snowmass. Plenty of transportation options and the area is wonderful, with a lot of activities during the time I stayed (August). I highly recommend this condo.
