The Space:

This New Port Richey getaway sits on a majestic three-acre property and is built to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay, perfect for family getaways, Holidays or events. House can sleep up to 16 guests (with prior approval, please message host). Its contemporary layout, exceptional spaces, and entertaining amenities will provide the relaxation and convenience you seek while visiting Florida’s Gulf Coast.



The interior is touched by beautiful furnishings enhanced by abundant natural light that highlights the décor. This is best seen in the open-concept design living area, which combines the stylish living room with the fully equipped kitchen and gorgeous dining area.



Another dining area can be found on the magnificent covered patio, which opens to the stunning swimming pool where you can lounge the day away, soak up the sun, or step into the huge yard, ideal for outdoor relaxation and activities.



Last but not least, four extremely comfortable bedrooms await you, providing the perfect setting for unwinding after a day filled with thrilling Florida adventures. The 5th spacious bunk bedroom can also be a movie room, perfect for those fun-filled family activities.

★ PATIO, POOL & OUTDOORS ★

Finally, we arrive on the patio with the outdoor kitchen and a lounge seating area, calling you to sit back, relax, watch the big game, and prepare tasty BBQ while the rest of the group cools off in the large swimming pool (HEATED) Please be aware, the "spa" is just heated slightly warmer than pool since they are being heated together so it is not a hot tub with jets



✔ Swimming Pool (HEATED Nov-April) Please also keep in mind the pool may be between 75-85 depending on the temp outside during winter and temps can get over 90 in the summer, spa is not a jetted jacuzzi tub

Open the patio doors to find yourself in the vast yard, ideal for relaxation and activities. There is a spring in the property, from time to time THERE MAY BE AN ALLIGATOR OR TWO in and around the spring. It’s Florida, there were here first. Please be mindful of this.

Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

★ POOL HEATING ★
During the cooler months (Nov-April) there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm, please keep in mind that during the winter (Nov-April) the temps can range from 80-85 depending on outside temps and be over 90 in the summer

★SAFETY ★
There are 4 cameras located on the property, one facing the driveway, one on the right side of the house towards the front door and 2 in the rear on on the pool equipment side and one covering the pool area. They are not monitored cameras but they do record to a DVR on site and are there for yours and our safety

★ PETS ★
NO LONGER ALLOWED. We have had too many guest bring a pet and not disclose to us. If you are bringing a dog(s) your stay will be cancelled and no refund will be given. This is non negotiable, you will be removed.

★ EVENTS ALLOWED ★
Our fantastic property is an ideal venue for hosting special events, such as weddings and celebrations. The unique and charming setting provides a picturesque backdrop for memorable occasions.

**We kindly ask guests to contact the host directly to ensure your event is tailored to your specific needs. This allows us to discuss details, address any questions, and make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs. There is an event fee do to increase usage of utilities, septic system and water. 499 for 20 or less over 20-40 $999 no more than 40 people on

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outside, dispose of any butts properly

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

There are cameras located on the property for yours and our safety. Front door, Driveway and the back patio
