Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet and residential area. Nearby are many points of interest including Crawford Square, Flannery O’Connor’s childhood home, and the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center.
Getting Around:
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

Great space! It was within walking distance to everything. Very comfortable beds and couch and a great common space to hang out in.

We rented this carriage house for a week while dropping off our first year student at SCAD. It was a great place to stay. It is well appointed and quiet, with secure off-street parking in a one-car garage (though the garage is very tight, being in Savannah). The pool was a nice place to relax after long days, though as the listing states, it is shared with the main house. We loved this spot and would stay here again.

We loved it. Carriage house was very nice, clean, modern & stocked well. Loved the private pool & bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen.Only issue would be small parking space & the multiple codes for access was a tad confusing. TyAmy Eley
