Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street in a quiet and residential area. Nearby are many points of interest including Crawford Square, Flannery O’Connor’s childhood home, and the Beach Institute African American Cultural Center.
Getting Around:
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

I enjoyed my stay, the place was just adorable, very clean and comfortable.

The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and location was fantastic. The host was very responsive as well. Just a couple of suggestions or future improvements, would be better signage, specifically in reference to the gates or doors of the property. The other would be parking. If your stay starts on a weekend day, parking in the front of the building is free. If your stay is on a week day, then my understanding is you have to pay for parking. Also, there is a one car garage, which is nice, but for small to compact cars only.

Great space! It was within walking distance to everything. Very comfortable beds and couch and a great common space to hang out in.
