Met or exceeded expectations on all counts. As with many post-Covid stays: don’t assume any consumable kitchen items will be available. There were salt/pepper shakers, but that was it. Coffee filters, foil, Saran Wrap etc will need to come with you or bought at nearby WalMart. They have a 12 cup Mr Coffee drip.

Pros: The house was very clean, many little extras like shampoo, plenty of wood for the fireplace, Master bedroom was very nice with large closet and bathroom. TV in every room. All roads are paved. Dealing with the agency was very easy . Had no difficulties while we were there
Cons: the beds are not very comfortable. The downstairs bedrooms could use a dresser in each for clothes. There was no handrail going down to the lower level, making it very hard for older people to get downstairs. Kitchen is small, and dining area is very small for a house with 5 bedrooms, with 6-10 people. The dining table has bench seating which is fine for small children, but if an adult sat on one end and there was no one on the other end, it would tip. The bathrooms had peel & stick tiles as flooring. The main level there was about 1/2 inch in the middle of the room where the tiles didn't meet creating a gap. Pretty tacky. The hot tub is old. Some of the jets are rusted. The top is ripped, and the bar to remove the lid doesn't work. The jets would work sporadically. Overall though we had a wonderful time.
