Seaside Paws is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom oceanfront duplex located in the heart of Emerald Isle. If you are looking for awesome views with some salty air, you have found it all here at Seaside Paws.
The oceanfront oasis is part of our Emerald Cottage collection; a boutique collection of properties with timeless features, unique character and amenities that provide the perfect place for you to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your party. Don't forget your four-legged friend on vacation - this home is also pet friendly!
Level 1: The fully covered and furnished decks provide an opportunity to take in the breathtaking views of the Crystal Coast at every turn! The open concept kitchen leading into the living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or conversiving while a meal is prepared. Not to mention the ocean views are impeccable from every angle in the house! This updated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an ice maker, a microwave, dishwasher, oven, slow cooker, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, waffle maker, ice cream maker and a blender. Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with TV and a shared bath to the hall.
Level 2: Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, a twin bed, a TV and a shared bathroom with Bedroom #3 that includes a queen bed and deck access. Bedroom #4 includes a queen bed with a private bath, a TV and deck access.
Level 3: Provides endless entertainment with a game room that includes a dart board and foosball table!
Amenities: Hi-Speed Internet (Wireless), DVR, Netflix Access, Amazon Prime Instant Video Access, Hulu Access, Digital Cable, Blu-Ray Player, DVD Library, Indoor Stereo System, Roku, Apple TV, Refrigerator with Filtered Water, Hardwood Floors, Ceiling Fans, Clock Radio(s), Hair Dryer(s), Iron and Ironing Board, Foosball Table, and a Dart Board, Washer & Dryer, Gas Grill, Picnic Table, Covered Parking, and Professional Landscaping!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

The Seaside paw was the perfect place for seven humans and two small dogs! We loved the four full baths and the seating in the loft that rearranges to a queen size sleeper—how clever! Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen and very clean. Not a big deal, but there were only two rolls of TP for four bathrooms when we checked in—hmmm…
