About this house rental
This traditional town house is located in the center of Tavira, just five minutes walk from the roman bridge and the restaurants area but still in a very quiet neighborhood.
The house has 90 m2, 2 bedrooms and the capacity for 4 people and it is distributed as following:
First floor - living and dining room, kitchen, and terrace with an outdoor shower.
Second floor - Spacious master room with work area , Second room with a small balcony and bathroom.
Third floor - rooftop terrace with both a lounge and meal area.
NOTE: The house has two terraces and a balcony. The upper terrace is accessed by a narrow metal staircase, while the terrace next to the kitchen is large and easily accessible. Upon request, the double bed can be converted into 2 single beds.
A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.
Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.

Lovely Apartment! The beds were comfortable and we appreciated a dining table big enough to use. We cooked every day and had great experience with the A/C keeping everything cool! Lovely water pressure in the showers. We used the terrace each day, as well.
The property could use:
- helpful house instructions specific to the property (washing machine, oven, outside shower)
- a set of oven mitts to take anything hot OUT of the oven
- a 3rd frying pan
- a 2nd spatula
- additional garbage sacks to replace the one provided
- a check of upstairs bathroom fan - sounds like it isn’t working and shower grout/silicone is molding
Contacting via WhatsApp chat was spotty and not met with helpful answers that made us feel confident (parking question, garbage question).
This was the only spot that did not provide personal suggestions for nearby restaurants and we found we really appreciate that as a starting point of help!
This was also the only rental of 4, this trip, that the management co. did not answer our questions after check in or pop in a quick message to us mid-stay (5 days) to see how things were going.
We had no check out instructions or specific support/response when requested of the mngmt company the night before and morning of check out. We ended up checking out ‘blind’ and doing our best.
The home: pretty good. The communication and first-hand knowledge of the apt by the mngmt company ‘Feels Like Home’: very poor.
Note - a ton of construction on the road/Tavira
