This independent cottage is organized on 2 levels. On the ground floor: - a living room with fitted kitchen (filter and pod coffee makers available), dining table, lounge - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed (with interior window overlooking the living room) - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet - a laundry room On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm bed - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm beds (adjustable) - a bathroom with shower and toilet For your comfort, sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. Baby equipment includes: bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat. Outside: - an interior courtyard with gate for parking vehicles - a garage - a secure room for storing sports equipment or bicycles - two terraces, one on the north side and one on the south side - a garden furniture with parasol and barbecue - 1600 m² of wooded land with plants and fruit trees A cozy atmosphere for this charming stone house, independent and located near the owners' home. Tastefully restored, it will seduce you with its warm living room: on one side, a welcoming kitchen with dining table and wood stove and on the other a nicely decorated living room with several relaxation areas. Outside, from the private terrace on the south side, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. The whole is bordered by a 1600 m² flowered and wooded garden with swing, trampoline and shuffleboard. Want to get some fresh air? 2.4 km away, the Couesnon Valley leisure center promises you great sporting adventures in the great outdoors (kayaking, climbing, paddle, archery, orienteering) and 3 km away, the GR39 awaits you!
