Monolocale di giusta dimensione per una copia e per un paio di giorni. Ristrutturato molto bene e pulitissimo, con un piccolo angolo cucina dove non mancava nulla, idem per la camera e il bagno. Un piccolo giardino dietro a disposizione. Esattamente come da foto. Ambiente accogliente, tranquillo, con posto per la moto nel cortile interno (ma c'era anche il posto auto al coperto). Gestore molto disponibile, accogliente, parlava bene l'Italiano.
Si trova in un piccolo quartiere lungo la strada principale che ti permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti d'auto, il centro di Rovigno e le spiagge più vicine. La prima sera, abbiamo cenato nella trattoria accanto, proprio a 2 passi, con una bella terrazza all'aperto, per niente male.
La doccia con tendina non dovrebbe più esistere ;-)

It was good to stay close to rovinji (about 15 min drive) in a large space for 2 persons, with balcony and parking space.
Beach reachable in walking distance was not so nice, and the walk was quite dusty between cars passing in both directions. The host was insisting to receive payment asap after the arrival, only by cash (with a change of 7.5 kn/1euro while everywhere we found it hard to get even 7kn per 1 euro, plus the very inconvenient bank fees for withdrawing). There was a strong smell of smoke on blankets and towels.
I guess price was not extremely high but I am not sure I'd go back there again when visiting Rovigno
