Alcazar de Colon Fortaleza Ozama Large variety of Restaurants Bars and more The apartment is carefully equipped and prepared for short and long stays. Each unit has an equipped kitchen with all the accessories and utensils, fully equipped bedroom and bathroom. Also, feel free to watch TV from any of the areas of the apartment! SMART TV (Netflix, Internet, Amazon Prime, more…) The units have a designated parking spot, and laundry room in the first floor.

It’s a ten minute walk over a bridge to the colonial section (not within it as the listing claims in its title!!!). Black mold on the ceiling from a leaky toilet in the apartment above made the place smell of sewage. Car noise and gas fumes from the busy street below was nonstop. Electric was off frequently( three times In-N-Out four day stay).
On the good side ; fair priced, the walk to the colonial section was not that far. Beds were comfortable. Tv had a lot of good movie access. Water was hot, air

Wouldn’t choose this one twice!
