The kitchen has granite counters with all the conveniences of home. The eat in kitchen high-top table is great spot to enjoy the view and a meal.
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and attached full bathroom with walk in shower, private lavatory and garden tub.
The guest room has a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached full bathroom with walk in shower.
Flat screen TV in Den, a great place for the kids to have a little down time.
There is an additional half bathroom too.
In unit washer and dryer.
One assigned parking spot.

14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Srickly enforced by the Condo Association'

I found maintenance slow to react and not as helpful as I feel they should have been,
One of the call boxes remained broken over a3 month satay though reported.
Aside from that which I think is extremely important, we liked both our places. Fernanda Niven
