Spacious home newly remodeled with all high end touches. This house has water and Boston skyline views. Each bedroom and floor has it's own split system air conditioning for maximum comfort. Preferred neighborhood of North Weymouth which is 10 miles from Boston. This house provides a convenient location for you and your family to explore the city or Cape Cod with all the comforts of home. Full laundry facilities are on the same floor with the bedrooms. 2 decks to relax and enjoy the views. Steps from Johnson beach, Wessagussett beach, Lane beach, and perfectly located for exploration of Boston and Cape Cod. A 5 minute drive to the harbor shuttle terminal which leaves from Hingham to Boston Long Wharf and Logan Airport. Only a 7 minute walk to the MBTA bus stop for trips to Nantasket beach or Boston, and 5 minute drive to MBTA commuter rail.

Came for marathon weekend with my family. We had a great time. Short walk to the bus and amazing/quiet neighborhood. Would recommend staying here when coming to visit Boston.

This house is ADORABLE and the view cannot be beat! We stayed in the winter and the convenience to Boston was fantastic. We had a bump in the road with a water heater that was overflowing (read - me - freaking out!) but not Jerry (the homeowner). He calmly told me 'don't worry', discounted my stay 'for my trouble' and promptly called out a service to get it fixed. So we had a 5 star stay that included a plumbing issue!The place is spacious with three bedrooms downstairs and an upstairs kitchen, large table, and seating area. It was a great place to be out of the city but close enough that driving into Boston was a quick and easy commute. It was so nice to be able to retreat to this great beach house. Thanks Jerry for the stay - and for being such a calm and kind host ;-)
