This property includes a fair use electricity policy of 35 kilowatts-hour (kWh) of daily consumption. Any consumption exceeding 35 kWh per day will be charged at $4.02 MXN per additional kWh. Please use air conditioning responsibly and maintain moderate temperatures (23-24°C) to stay within the daily limit.
🗑️ Use thick trash bags and place them INSIDE the parking containers. It`s strictly prohibited to throw waste without a bag. Do not leave trash in the building hallways. Failure to follow the indicated rules will be punished with a fine.

Beautiful area. Very safe. Everyone was super friendly. Rooftop pool was amazing. Property is very well taken of. Extremely clean. You are immersed right into the community of San Ramon. Mostly Spanish speaking people so knowing some Spanish is a bonus.
