The condo is more spacious than I anticipated. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit for our towels. The ac and fans worked great. We had everything we needed. The resort pool and food were great!

This was a beautiful property. We had so much fun easy access to everything. The elevator wait was a little long. Also the coffee shop was not good, The barista was mad and slightly rude. we only went once. The tiki bar was great, the bartenders were very friendly and did a great job. The beach was great even though it was packed. The pool was wonderful. All in all this was a great vacay and we will be staying again.

We travel to the Panama City Beach area about every other year. The past two times, we've stayed at a different property, but we decided to give Shores of Panama a revisit after staying here multiple times about a decade ago. Not sure if it's our maturity/taste level that has increased, or that the quality of the property has gone downhill, but we were pretty disappointed. Parking garage is awful to navigate when there is any sort of crowd, elevators were consistently dirty and sometimes not working, the pool deck and edges of the pool were pretty consistently littered with napkins, straw wrappers, trash from visitors and I never really saw workers cleaning, noise level was high even during quiet hours, and the individual condo we stayed in has clearly gone a while without any sprucing up (stuffing come out of the back of the couch, holes in walls, broken drawers, missing shelves from fridge, etc. We alerted the management company and they immediately offered to come over to fix things, but the issues we had weren't simple fixes so we declined. We made the best of the trip- and beach/weather were perfect- but this definitely did not end up being the relaxing vacation we had hoped/paid for.
