Best fishing around right off point. Exceptional water quality. 25 minutes north of Burlington; 90 minutes south of Montreal. Cottage is fully equipped–sleeps two. Adjacent decks, lakeside decks and private lake access. Heated & insulated for 3 season rental. Pets considered for extra fee and extra damage deposit. Awesome waterfront view, very relaxing, and peaceful. Great sunrise views from both the decks and inside. Perfect place for 2.Host was nice and accessible.Wifi speeds were too low and too inconsistent to support streaming (2-10MBs).

The cottage was a great size for one couple, and since that's what we were, it was perfect! Jan and Sue were wonderful hosts - available if we needed them and unobtrusive when we didn't. They are right up the hill from the cottage. The only negatives I had were the size of the bath/shower (but it didn't detract from our overall stay in any way) and the walk down to the cabin from the parking area, which wasn't noted anywhere on the listing site. For two people in their 70's, it was a bit difficult to schlep all our belongings in and back out when we left. If ever in the Lake Champlain area, I'd definitely recommend this cabin!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Everything was very welcoming. The cottage is decorated beautifully and the views are amazing. We were a little early for peak foliage viewing but still beautiful.
