'Benny's Place' is lovingly inspired by Benny's love of Fairmont, his family are honored to share this special space as a place to make memories, laugh and play.
Nestled between the Rocky & Purcell Mountains with stunning views of both along with the Mountainside Golf Course, Benny’s Place is a spacious end townhome offering 2,500 square feet across three levels. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or golf getaways for 3 couples or 4-5 singles.
The open-plan main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a cozy living room with a large-screen TV for streaming, and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly evenings. Step outside to the private wrap-around deck, complete with a BBQ, outdoor lounge, and dining space, offering breathtaking views – the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or stargazing at night. This level also has one bedroom with a queen bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
On the upper level, the master suite boasts a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaker tub and overhead shower. The loft area, overlooking the living room, features a daybed that can be one twin or convert to two twins or a king, offering a quiet reading nook with a selection of books.
The lower walk-out level invites fun and relaxation with an air-hockey table, board games, and a movie-watching space with a queen hide-a-bed. A queen bedroom and a bathroom with a steam shower are also on this level, along with a covered deck that provides a cool, shaded retreat on warm summer days.
Travel light with access to a washer and dryer, with laundry soap provided for your convenience.

My son and his family my husband and I enjoyed the Hot Springs and skiing. The condo was fabulous. Had everything anybody could think of and more we would definitely rent it again maybe next year.

Property was exactly what it looks like in the pictures on VRBO. It was very clean and setup well with lots of room. It was perfect location for our ski days to the Fairmont ski hill. (your ski passes get you into the hot springs). For parents to relax there were TV's in almost every room, so everyone could watch their own shows and let mom and dad enjoy the main kitchen/living/dining room while preparing food, enjoying beverage and chilling.For us it was the 50 more than staying at the Fairmont Hot Springs Hotel where we would have had to sleep in the same room as the children, eat out every meal and trip over the gear drying out for the next day! Instead we had 3 floor condo that was setup perfect for our family and our 3 nights.Property communication was via text, professional and courteuos.We really enjoyed this property!
