Our refurbished accommodations are located facing the ocean and the magnificent beach of Penthièvre in the town of St Pierre Quiberon (56).
It has 2 rooms of about 37 m2, it is located on the first floor in the pretty Residence "Eden Plage" with 3 floors.
On the terrace, you will find 1 extendable table for 4 to 8 people, 6 garden chairs, a "Le Marquer" 2-burner plancha that will delight lovers of good food, 2 Chilean deckchairs, a parasol. All in a fenced and private garden of about 80 m2. You can have lunch and dinner while listening to the sea.
A gate gives you direct access to the fine sandy Grande Plage de Penthièvre with a view of the islands. A dream setting!
During the day you can enjoy the different activities depending on the weather conditions, the beach is delimited by area: supervised swimming, surfing, kitesurfing, etc.) You can also go cycling as the cycle path along the coast is close to the apartment. Finally, after a busy day, admire the magnificent sunset in the evening while having an aperitif on the beach.

Exit directly through a large bay window onto the garden and terrace. There is a window + 1 bay window which makes the living room very bright (remote control closing of the shutters)
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90*190 for 2 children (max 36kg for the top), 1 built-in cupboard with hangers, shelves with storage, 1 bedside table, 1 French window with balcony.
Equipped kitchen area (2 ceramic hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine + classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Numerous utensils available.
Bathroom with shower, towel dryer and separate toilet. Heating.
