A spacious great room is perfect for relaxing on the couch in front of the gas-ignited/wood-burning rock fireplace or enjoying nature on Penny Hill through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. There is a 50-inch smart TV with cable. A card table, which seats four, is situated in a corner of the living area. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and Fiesta ware for whatever cooking desires you might have. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. This home does not have A/C. The home has central gas heating with a backup electrical baseboard available.

Adjacent to the living, dining, and kitchen areas are the two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a king bed, loads of sunshine, and ample closet space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a 37-inch flat-screen TV with cable. The 2nd bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a 32-inch smart TV with cable. The library/den off the entryway hallway features high ceilings and a large collection of books, with a big desk should you need to do any work while here. The leather sofa is a queen sofa sleeper; should you need extra accommodations while here. There is a gas insert fireplace to relax by. French doors lead out to the back patio. A bathroom adjacent to the den offers a shower for additional guests. The large back patio has 2 tables with seating for 8 and is adjacent to the back yard with a lawn and garden area.

The home also offers wireless internet service for your convenience. There is a two-car garage with a full-sized washer/dryer. This home will accommodate up to six guests.

Complex Features: This darling home is an easy 5-minute walk to Sun Valley Village and is conveniently located just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges, and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule, offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
