Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, etc.), living room, lounge with fireplace, 1 bed (120x190), bathroom (washer-dryer), WC. Phone. Baby equipment. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) and 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190 + 1 bed 120x190), small living room (1 sofa bed + 1 baby crib). WC. Electric heating not included. Wi-Fi. Free firewood. Weekend rental: arrival in the afternoon and departure in the afternoon (48 hours on site).
Mandatory cleaning fee (€50) for professionals and optional for individuals.
Heating fee INCLUDED in the price depending on the season:
Heating and electricity fee from November 16th to March 15th: €10/night
Heating and electricity fee from March 16th to April 30th and from October 1st to November 15th: €5/night
Heating and electricity fee from May 1st to September 30th: €2/night.
