About this house rental
Private and spacious suite with a separate entrance, in a quite, beautiful and safe neighborhood in Alexandria. It is 10 min drive to Historic Old Town Alexandria, 20 min to Washington DC, 5 min to Mt. Vernon Estate and Ford Belvoir Army Base.
Guests are welcome to take advantage of the garden/outdoor patio space for their morning coffee or afternoon/evening glass of wine.
Check in and check out times could be flexible upon request.
The guest area is completely private. It includes one spacious living room, two big bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have big closets.

This was our second stay here. It's a convenient, well-laid out apartment. It was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts were friendly, inviting my kids to look at the chickens and giving us some delish pickled carrots. We really look forward to returning a third time!

This is the perfect spot for staying in a safe area south of DC if you’re there for sight seeing or any type of event. It’s like a hidden gem. Have stayed here twice.

The property is nice but dark since it's a basement. You can hear the owners running or dropping things upstairs. The mattress was sprayed with some fragrance and the bed covers had strong laundry detergent smell and it made me sick. My asthma was worse there as well. I will not use vrbo again since they don't care about people with severe environmental allergies.
