We're excited to share this special place with you! Immerse yourself on 23 blissful acres. Explore the walking trails, pick berries, hunt for mushrooms, write your next book, relax in the infrared sauna or by the fire pit. Our tiny home is 500 sq ft and sleeps up to 4. Stay in anything-but-tiny luxury with a queen bed, Article couch (with pullout bed), fully stocked kitchen, and full-size bathroom. If you prefer indoors, books, games, TV with DVDs await you by the fireplace.
Welcome to our little piece of paradise - a charming 500 square foot tiny home nestled within a sprawling 23-acre wonderland of blissful grassy meadows, winding paths, fruit trees, and berry bushes. Our tiny home is perfect for couples, families, and individual travelers.
Whether you're looking for a place to stay while enjoying the Mohican State Park activities, celebrating an anniversary, or looking for a getaway from the city, you'll be delighted by the open space and serene beauty of the nature surrounding you. Pick berries in the orchard or along the walking paths, unwind in the infrared sauna, share laughter and stories under the stars at the fire pit.
Please note: there is WiFi available but due to our rural location may not be as fast as you’re used to. Inclement weather and cloud coverage may impact the speed/connectivity. Ample books, games puzzles, and outdoor trails provided for alternative entertainment!
The driveway to the tiny house is gravel and suitable for all vehicles. The back patio has chairs perfect for reading and sipping coffee in the mornings. There is a grill and picnic table to make outdoor meals. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit under a sky full of stars. Walk miles along the walking trails - you can catch amazing sunsets at the top lookout point!
Hosts do not live on the property but are usually there on check-in day. The hosts cell phone numbers are provided if anything is needed during the stay.
The tiny home is nestled on 23 acres but close to all that Mohican has to offer! We are 15 minutes from Mohican State Park, 20 minutes from Snow Trails, and 20 minutes from Mohican Adventures.
There is a long driveway, accessible by all vehicles. Guests can park anywhere on and along the driveway.
The property is 23 acres. Additional guests staying in tents or RVs are welcome for an additional charge.
We have incredible neighbors who live on each side of the property. We ask that guests are respectful - no parties, unapproved guests, or excessive noise beyond 9PM.
