Our host was very responsive (always responded within 5-10 minutes). It was a beautiful building and room. Location to Rockefeller Center, amazing shopping locations, and delicious food made this a perfect retreat!

Location was perfect! The bathroom is connected to a bedroom so that impacted pricacy.

Understand this is an older historic building and was very clean and as listed only issues were water was barely warm during showers and there was no thermostat in the room to control and got very hot at night. Property mgr responded quickly but issues couldn’t be resolved during our stsy
