Our Comfortable and Inviting Townhouse is located in the Quiet, Friendly, Gated Community of Hacienda Village, Bonita Springs, Fl. Beautifully landscaped grounds. Two Pools. Pickle ball and Tennis courts. Shuffle Board. Bocce Ball court.
This 'Piece of Paradise' is close to everything.
An easy 2.5 mile jog/walk/bike to the Gorgeous, White, Sandy Beaches of the Gulf Coast. Sunshine, Shells and Sunsets are waiting to be found. (Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, toys and bicycles included.)
Golf a different, nearby, World Class course daily.
Deep-sea fishing and boating galore.
Shop till you drop at Antique stores, Coconut Pointe Mall, Miromar Outlet Mall, or one of the Funky Boutiques, that are all close by.
Fifteen minutes south is Naples...Naples Pier, Naples Zoo and Naples Philharmonic Theater, a great place to day trip.
If you like to Eat and Drink, your only problem is, which place to choose.
Downtown Bonita is thriving. Riverside park with its activities and Bandshell.

Feb 2025 stay for 3 weeks. We stayed at peak season. The complex is located a few blocks from the major intersection of Tamiami and Bonita beach road. Expect a lot of traffic this time of year. The complex however is quiet and lush with beautiful landscaping. The unit itself is charming with beach theme decor and extremely well stocked and very spacious. The upstairs gets natural light and has a bathroom for each bedroom plus a nicely furnished balcony. The main floor is dark, despite many window. It's the design of the building.The owner's are very responsive as is the management. We had a nice stay!

We enjoyed every minute here. Everything you need is here with all the comforts of home. The pool was excellent and so was community. We would for sure go back. Excellent hosts!

The place was very nice, well maintained, well stocked with all things from toilet paper to bikes and grill etc... The condo and the surrounding safe, friendly, clean atmosphere. Really enjoyed it. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had.

We love the home. The owners are very nice people. The home was clean and have all the appliances just like home. Very nice people in the village.
