Located directly on seven miles of sandy beach with volleyball, boogie boarding and any other beach entertainment you desire. Walkable from the Old Orchard Beach train stop along the Amtrak route.
Master Bedroom has separate private deck entrance and smart tv. Kitchen has all amenities if you decide to stay in and cook your own lobster. Comfortably sleeps 6 and includes brand new beds (King and Full with twin bunk and twin trundle). All linens are provided and replaced after each guest.
Wind down your evening with a cocktail and live music overlooking the largest patio bar in Maine- The Swick. Live music starts in the afternoon and continues late into the evening. The perfect location to pad the family picture album.

We had a wonderful time. The condo worked perfect for our entire family. It was on the beach close enough to everything we wanted to do. Matthew was very responsive to any comments or questions and made the trip enjoyable.

First, the good.... we absolutely LOVED sitting on the deck in the mornings watching and listening to the waves. Also, the condo is located in a very vibrant area. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and places for food - which was great. Communication with the owner was great too. Unfortunately, once the live music started at the Brunswick, it was very difficult to enjoy the deck and even be in the room. One room in the unit was set back and much quieter, but that room did not have A/C so it got very warm with the door closed. Although we were aware of the music beforehand, we found the noise level to be more than we could handle and ultimately left a little early. If you plan to be out of your room for the majority of the time, this place could work for you, but the deck overlooking the ocean is what sold us on this listing and it was difficult to enjoy with the noise levels.
