A group cottage with Vendée charm, nestled in a one-hectare park, the Résidence Romaric is ideally located in a quiet area, between the sea and the marshes, only 3km from the port and the beaches to meet up with family, friends or colleagues. The Residence has 8 different accommodations with kitchen and bathroom each, which guarantees you pretty private spaces while offering you a large reception room of 50 m², a tent of 40 m² and a full terrace of 150 m² for "living together".
The swimming pool, covered and heated all year round at 28°, will delight young and old alike for your activities and festive evenings. You will also have a large leisure area with petanque, volleyball, badminton, football goals and table tennis and the 10 sunbeds await the quietest.
In a bucolic setting in the heart of a very preserved coastal environment with its national forests, paths, cycle paths and beaches. The Residence has 8 different accommodations with kitchen and bathroom each, which guarantees you nice private spaces while offering you beautiful collective spaces with a large reception room of 50 m², a tent of 40 m² and a south-facing terrace of 150 m².
Covered swimming pool heated all year round at 28°.
In total 11 bedrooms/mezzanines, 7 shower rooms, 7 toilets.
On the first floor: 1 cottage for 2 to 4 people + 1 Studio for 2 people + 1 Guest room for 2 people.
+ Independent from the Residence (from April to September) 1 Guest Room in a wooden Chalet.
Each accommodation has its own shower room and toilet.

We’re a large group of friends from Wales (16 adults and 19 young children) and we had a wonderful time at Residence Romaric!The property is made up of many separate apartments, which was perfect for us, although we actually ended up cooking and eating communally in the large shared kitchen and dining areas most of the time. The house has large grounds that include a heated pool (that can be covered and locked for safety), volleyball and football courts, boules and table tennis etc. There’s also a large box of Duplo and a small children’s library.The big supermarket is a few minutes away and it’s a 20 or so minute walk into Jard Su Mer and its markets and beaches.We had fun day trips to the nearby O’Gliss Aqua Park and the Puy Du Fou historical theme park.Muriel was a friendly host who was always available to help as her and her family live on site in a separate apartment.
