Construction is occurring at this complex until February 2024. Walkways and elevators maybe closed at times. Loud sounds and dust may occur as well during this time.

This beautifully furnished unit will accommodate 6 comfortably. Fully furnished kitchen with a dining / living room area that looks out over the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a king size bed. Bunkbeds in hallway are great for the kids. Amenities include an indoor/ outdoor pool, exercise room, above ground tennis court, shuffle board, and children’s arcade. There is also an onsite restaurant called Chan’s. Open seasonally, Chan’s serves some of the best food and mixed drinks a resort has to offer.

Room had great views of the Gullf, and was spacious. THe bed was comfortable . The dresser was in rough shape, if youpulled the drawers out pass half way they would fall out. The grout was dirty and needed cleaned. The unit is definitely due for an updare.
