All of us enjoyed the stay in the house and kids enjoyed the swimming pool to the fullest. All the rooms were big and neatly maintained. The living area is big to spend great time together as family and friends. Dubbo zoo and observatory are just 10 to 12 mins drive and all the shops like coles and woollies are nearby. It was a great experience and we enjoyed every aspect of the house and stay.

We loved the house! We stayed 3 nights with friends whilst in Dubbo visiting the zoo. It was very spacious and the kids loved the backyard, especially the trampoline.The location was fabulous and the street was nice and quiet.I borrowed a bike & a helmet for the zoo which was very helpful!We left a couple of items behind and the communication & customer service has been great.Thanks would highly recommend!PS if you do have little kids, maybe BYO some plastic bowls/cutlery etc as there wasn't any. Our youngest was 3 so was a little hard but we managed. Though if you had younger you might struggle

The house was the perfect size for our family needs. It had plenty of space and was in a great location. Presentation of the property would be improved with a little more attention to cleaning. The floors, pool, and kitchenware were dirty. Some maintenance is required to the outdoor area / equipment. But, despite these little issues we really did enjoy our stay at this house and would recommend it to others.
