LA TRANCHE SUR MER, near the town center, house in a holiday residence close to the beach and shops. Car park. Interior with dated features. The living room/kitchen opens onto the garden. Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Also on the upper level (steep stairs) is a mezzanine (ceiling height less than 1.80 m).
Amenities: 1 double sofa bed, 1 folding bed for a child, 1 refrigerator/freezer, 1 washing machine, microwave, mini-oven, 1 television, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 electric barbecue, iron, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture for outdoor dining, and Wi-Fi.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided. Location: Approximately 700 m from the beach and shops, and 1000 m from the town center.
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Volet d'entrée difficile à ouvrir +porte baie qui bloc en bas ,robinetterie à revoir côté salle de bain.
Terrasse pas désherber,
Toiles araignées, poussière,
Autrement bon équipement rien à redire.
Agréable de pouvoir aller en centre ville à pieds.
