Page One is located only 1 house from the ocean! Enjoy an incredible week in this Almost Oceanfront 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home with Private Pool, Game Room and Convenient Location just 2 houses from the Public Beach Access - perfect for a family vacation in Emerald Isle!
Ground Level: Private Pool, Game Room with Foosball Table, and a card table with four chairs. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. There is a Full Bath on this level.
Level One: Living Area features Color Cable TV. Dining Area has table with seating for six. There are sliding glass doors from both the Dining and Living Areas that lead to the deck overlooking the pool area. The Kitchen Area includes a microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar with additional seating for two. Bedroom #2 contains a Queen Bed and sliding doors to a private deck. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. There is a Full Bath in the hallway.
Level Two: Master Suite with Queen Bed, TV, Private Bath and doors to a private deck.
Amenities Include: Charcoal grill, Central HVAC, Enclosed Hot/Cold Water Outside Shower, Open Decks with ample furniture.
Linens and Towels provided for Weekly stays.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
