Really enjoyed staying in this house. Kitchen was well stocked for when we didn't want to eat out. Easy access to the beach and close to shopping and grocery stores. Had 2 nice outdoor showers to wash up before entering the house from the beach. Owner was very accessible.

House was great. Had more than you could possibly need in the way of supplies in the kitchen, games, and t.v.'s. Great location. Loved the boardwalk, less stairs. Great place would definitely rent it again. Totally had a great time at Gull Watcher.

Reviewer Comments:
House is very dated especially the bathrooms. Kitchen is redone but has many issues for a large family including no more than 2 people can work in the kitchen at a time. There is no space to put your non perishables which was challenging. The outside showers (yes two) were amazing and the location is great.
