Pebble Beach G-212 is a Second Floor Oceanside with Pool View 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath End-Unit Condo on 2 Levels located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants.
Enjoy this top floor unit with neighbors on one side only and no one above it! Building G is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool and fitness center, close to the tennis courts, and only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!
MAIN LEVEL: Living Area with sofa, love seat and a 65" wall mounted Flat Screen Television. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a Microwave & Dishwasher. The bedroom has a King bed, with a full bath and a 44" Smart TV. Covered deck with furniture overlooks indoor/outdoor pool and courtyard area.
LOFT AREA: Spiral staircase leads to the Loft Bedroom with Queen Bed + 2 Twin Beds, and a Full Bath.
Amenities Include: 2 Smart TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 Stereo/CD Player; Stackable Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Private Covered Balcony, Central HVAC. High Chair & Porta Crib. Linens not provided for Porta Crib.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
